“We contacted Harry Fleming of Fleming Building Ltd to discuss Renovating our existing House on Frankton Road, after some lengthy debate on renovation verse new build, with Harry it was decided to remove the existing and proceed with a complete new dwelling. As we started, we both knew very early that Harry’s ideas and forward planning, not only with the construction but also with other aspects of the site layout, were all part of the cost-effective nature and attention to detail that Harry and his team bought to the project.

We can both honestly say this build was an absolute pleasure. The project ran to schedule and was completed within 6 months. The Fleming Building team were on site every day, even in freezing conditions. We as owners were made very welcome on a daily basis.
